+What if scope grows during the build?
Anything outside the scope-in list gets parked for a phase 2 or rolled into a change-order at hourly advisory rates. We track it.
+When does the timer start?
Day 1 is the day after kickoff (you provide initial materials, we confirm scope in writing).
+What if you slip past 2 weeks?
We refund 25% if delivery is more than 1 week late and 50% if more than 2 weeks late, unless the delay is caused by missing materials from your side.
+Why is this called "Starter"?
It's scoped to fit a single transaction within Indonesian sole-proprietor payment limits. Larger MVPs are split across milestones — write to hello@uncle-z.com for a custom quote.
