By booking, you commit to coming to kickoff (within 5 business days of payment) with the materials below. Anything missing at kickoff = scope locks from what's available, no refund for that. This is how we keep the price fixed and the timeline tight.
- ✓AWS account access — IAM role we provision via Terraform (or you create the role with the policy we send beforehand)
- ✓Target workload description (web API + DB? Worker queue? Frontend SSR?)
- ✓Expected traffic + cost ceiling ("≤ $200/mo for the first 6 months", etc.)
- ✓Domain + DNS access (Route53 or wherever DNS lives)
- ✓Final decision-maker available for the kickoff call
